Hoping all our clients are well throughout these uncertain times, we are currently working on a radiator for a forklift truck, this is not an original genuine Toyota fork lift radiator , but an aftermarket radiator copied and produced far away overseas!!!
Not strong enough solder to hold it all together, leaking after only 18months, brackets have come loose as soldering failed, rubbed through the tanks, so much vibration on the loose brackets that they have stressed and twisted causing the brass tanks to crack and fail.
A simple reminder to have your original radiator re-manufactured by a British Radiator Specialist, at least if you remanufacture / recycle your original radiator this way you won’t be throwing your hard earned money away, which will make you more profit in the long haul.
